3. Install the MSXML3 Parser
   if necessary.

The MP3-Tag Generator (MTG) is a tool for simple and quick Tag (ID3) editing of mp3-files. It contains a Tag-Editor, a Format-Editor, a Playlist-Editor and a Player (more information).

The MTG Installation Checker proofes wether the installation was successful and if not, wich parts are missing. With this tool you can also check if the installation of the MSXML 3 parser is necessary.

Notes
The VB6 runtime is needed. You have to install the MP3-Tag Generator first if it's not allready installed on your PC.

The MSXML parser allows you to create, parse and transform XML files.
